PADA History
PADA, Professional Automobile Dealer Association, was indirectly formed from the tremendous recruiting success of years working with several top dealers around the country since 1990. During our recruiting growth with hundreds of dealers, we developed a network of top paying and top benefit dealerships within our network. We have been recruiting and training on average of 80-100 people a month, per city. Because of the quality of the training and quality people we discover, we have found over a 50% retention rate continuously. Were gaining dealers attention with our non-confrontational approach to selling thats working strong and continuously. Sales people are selling, units are going up, and PADAs network is growing.
With the popularity of the PADA Network, PADAs history of top trained sales people evolved into a quality sales force network. Weve been the bridge of communications and placement for quality people trained by PADA to other auto dealerships throughout the USA. This has been a major benefit for dealers and professional sales people.
PADA is based out of Atlanta, GA. As the predominate force of recruiting, training and placing sales people, we estimate up to 50% of all sales people at the 200+ stores in Atlanta directly or indirectly came from us. PADA estimates there is someone at every dealership in Atlanta due to our expediential growth. Over the years we have found out which dealers have the best philosophies, systems and pay plans. We use several determining factors when choosing dealerships and people. The factors are confidential to PADA. PADA is consistently working with dealers and students to constantly improve the image of the car business into a more professional image. We now have a preferred network of working dealers and students in major cities within the USA.
